Event Locations, Entry Procedures and Schedules

All events are held in the Contest Room.  Entries must be brought to this location and presented to the contest staff along with the required forms.  Once the entry is accepted, it will not be available for pick-up until the scheduled time.

The schedule for these events is shown below:

• Entry and Viewing – Friday 8:00 am to 6:00 pm.

• Voting for People's Choice Awards – Friday 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm, Saturday 8:00 am to 12:00 pm.

• Judging – Saturday 8:00 am to 12:00 pm (OPEN FOR VIEWING DURING JUDGING; HOWEVER NO TALKING PLEASE).

• Score Review Period – Saturday 12:00pm to 4:00pm.

• Model, Photo & Craft Contests Awards  – Presented during the Banquet Saturday evening

• Entry Pickup – Saturday following the Banquet
